IG Trading ensures product quality and provides free replacements or compensation in case of any quality issues.

Basic Plan
If you decide to use your own suppliers in China, we can collaborate with them to ensure the products are manufactured according to your requirements.
Once your suppliers send the cargo to our warehouse, we will conduct quality inspections and arrange door-to-door logistics.
Service Fee: 5% of the product value, with a minimum fee of $100.

Photography services start at $20 per photo.
We provide free quality inspections according to AQL 2.5 standards, even if the cargo has been reworked. Higher ratio or one-by-one inspections are available for an additional fee, quoted separately.
We generally do not disclose supplier details. However, we can assist clients with on-site factory inspections to ensure transparency and confidence in our sourcing process.
For the Basic Plan, a service fee of 5% of the product value applies, with a minimum fee of $100. For both the Basic and Pro Plans, orders must have an average purchasing amount above $500 per product. A $25 handling fee applies for products below this threshold. For example, in a $3200 order, you can purchase 1 to 6 products without extra fees, but a handling fee applies for the 7th or more products.
Yes, you can. For multiple products, create a Basic Plan order for those sourced from your suppliers and a Pro Plan order for those sourced from IG Trading’s suppliers.
